What type of oil should I be
using in my home heating?
The majority of domestic boilers use kerosene
(also known as paraffin/home heating oil/28 second oil).
However some older or larger systems use gasoil (also
know as red diesel/35 second oil). If you are unsure of
which type of oil your heating system or range uses,
please do not hesitate to contact a member of the
team via the website or by phone.
What is the minimum amount of
fuel I can order?
The minimum amount of oil you can order is 500
litres. The price will decrease for every additional 100
litres.

How can I pay for my oil
delivery?
Once your oil has been delivered, you will receive an
invoice by post or email, according to your preference.
You will then be required to pay within 30 days. You can
pay any one of the following ways-
- cash
- cheque
- pay online with credit or debit
card
- pay over the phone with credit or
debit card
- monthly payment scheme
When can I expect to receive my delivery?
We try to deliver all orders as soon as possible,
usually the next day or one thereafter. However if you
order before midday it is not uncommon to receive a same
day delivery, especially for regular customers who find
themselves short of oil.
How can I open an account?
If you are interested in opening a new account
please phone the office and speak to a member of staff.
New customers will be required to pay for their first
order prior to delivery.
